Spotify playlists use a unique blend of human curation and machine learning to help you reach all your audience goals.
More than half of the new discoveries on the platform come from Spotify programming, meaning all playlists and listening sessions based on editorial or personalised recommendations.
Playlists are also great for retaining your current fans, as your active audience streams tracks through programmed playlists more than twice the amount your programmed audience does.
Another interesting find from the study shows that while listening to playlists in the Now Playing view, listeners save tracks with a Canvas over four times more than tracks without.
